Network drive not showing windows 10

Dec 31, 2015 · Just confirming that I have the exact same issue. I have about 6 computers on my network, two of which use Windows 10. The Windows 10 machines were fine until the recent update. Now unRAID is not visible to the network. If I try //TOWER, I will get access occasionally (sometimes an error, sometimes a password is needed, or it just simply connects). For me the issue was the network adapter was not showing up in the network adapters control panel window even though it shows on device manager and internet was now working. If I try to manually enter the mapped drive, it say's that's no good. If I try the UNC path, it says that's no good either. It won't recognize the exitance of mapped company folder. I am on Windows 10 Pro. Network Discovery is turned on, Firewall is correctly configured, all related services are running, UAC is turned all the way down. With recent test builds shared folders in Windows are now shown as disconnected network drives. They show content but are not seen with net use. This seems to be a problem with the Guest Additions because older Guest Additions which I am forced to use for a Vista VM due to broken 3D support in virtualbox do not show this behaviour.
